Early Retirement Incentive Program- Information and Resources
Dear colleagues,
Following the launch of the Early Retirement Incentive (ERI) Program on March 26, 2026, we have created a dedicated information page on Parksnet. This page provides answers to frequently asked questions. We encourage you to consult it regularly, as it will be updated as new questions are added.
A letter with information on how to apply for the program should have been received by eligible employees. Those who have access to the My GC Pension should have received an e-mail notifying them that a new letter is available in their inbox on the portal. Otherwise, the letter will have been sent by regular mail by the Pension Centre.
Program timelines
- Employee application deadline: July 24, 2026.
- Employee retirement deadline: January 20, 2027.
Support and enquiries
If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact the Government of Canada Pension Centre directly.
