2026-01-21 Bell Lets Talk Day 2026
Dear Parks Canada team members,
Today marks the 16th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day, a national day dedicated to mental health awareness, acceptance, and action.
The 2026 theme, "taking a Moment for Mental Health", invites all Canadians to pause and give mental health the time and attention it deserves. This includes:
- Moments to care for your own mental health - checking in with yourself and recognizing what you need.
- Moments to reach out to others - connecting with colleagues, friends, and loved ones and supporting their mental well-being.
- Moments to recognize the broader importance of mental health in our society - through learning, listening, sharing stories, and participating in meaningful activities.
As Wellness Co-Champions, we encourage you to take a moment today - and throughout the year - to prioritize mental health.
Visit Bell Let’s Talk Day page on ParksNet, where you will find helpful resources, wellness training, practical tools, and opportunities to participate in activities that resonate with you. By taking part, we contribute to a more inclusive, compassionate, healthy and psychologically safe workplace for all team members.
Let’s act together every day to foster empathy, support, and wellness at Parks Canada.
Thank you for taking a moment for mental health.
