New Pay Action Request Form

Please be advised that Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) will be launching a new version of the Pay Action Request (PAR) form on September 29, 2025.  Any request sent to the Pay Centre must include this form.

To ensure a smooth transition, the current version of the form will be accepted until November 28, 2025.  After this date, requests  that do not use the new version of the form will be rejected.  To avoid any risk of rejection resulting in processing delays, we recommend that you access the form by clicking on the link provided above rather than using a previously downloaded version.
