Announcement – Appointment of Isabel-Andrée Lavigne – Senior Director, HR to Pay Service Centre

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Isabel-Andrée Lavigne to the position of Senior Director, HR-to-Pay Service Centre, within the Human Resources and Employee Wellness Directorate, effective March 27, 2025.

Isabel-Andrée joined Parks Canada in July 2022 as Director, Occupational Health & Safety and Wellness. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and many professional experiences, she has managed numerous HR teams in labour relations, disability management, health, safety and wellness, and talent management. Bringing her strengths and leadership, Isabel-Andrée occupied the position of Director, Executive Services and Organizational Management, on an acting basis for a year.

Since April 2024, Isabel-Andrée has been Director, HR Policy, Planning and Systems for the past year.

Isabel-Andrée holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ottawa.
