IMPORTANT- Updating your personal information

Good day,

As part of the Parks Canada’s building emergency management and procedures, keeping your personal information current in the Human Resources Management System, PeopleSoft, is essential for ensuring Parks Canada can respond swiftly and effectively during emergencies—such as the Jasper wildfires in 2024 and the ongoing situation in Saskatchewan. Accurate contact details enable timely communication and support for all employees.

We are seeking the active participation of all employees at Parks Canada to complete the action below:

HR Self-Service System

• Please verify and update your personal information in PeopleSoft’s Employee Self-Service System by following the procedures provided on ParksNet or reviewing the attached PDF.

If you are experiencing issues accessing your PeopleSoft account, please verify if you have an active PC411 account.  If your information in PC411 is incorrect or missing, visit the Confluence page, or contact your Power User for additional assistance.

For questions related to the updating your personal information in PeopleSoft, visit the Service Desk – HR Systems and Reporting to submit a ticket and track your request.

Managers: Please ensure that team members without regular access to email or internal communications receive this information.  Please communicate with the Service Desk – HR Systems and  Reporting for assistance in updating your team’s personal information.
