Important: Update your personal information and verify your schedule

Good day, 

As part of the Integrated Enterprise Human Resources (HR) and Pay Strategy, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has introduced seven (7) new measures to improve HR-to-Pay processing. 

One of these new measures, measure no. 2, aims to strengthen the quality and integrity of data. The objective being that employee data found in Parks Canada HR System is aligned with predefined Government of Canada HR system standards. To achieve this, we are seeking the active participation of all Parks Canada employees. Two actions are required on your part between now and February 28, 2025:  

Action 1: HR Self-Service System 

For questions related to the HR Self-Service System, visit the Service Desk – HR Systems & Reporting to submit a ticket and track your request.  

Action 2: Phoenix Pay System 

  • Please verify your work schedule and your days off in the Phoenix Pay System by following the procedures provided on ParksNet.   

For any questions related to your work schedule, contact your HR advisor or manager for assistance.
