Reappointment as President & CEO, Parks Canada

Dear colleagues,

In a recent news release, the Prime Minister announced several changes amongst the senior public service, including my reappointment as President & CEO of Parks Canada, effective August 28, 2024.

Returning to Parks Canada in 2019 felt like coming home, and I was excited to embrace my new role. Over the past five years, leading this organization through unprecedented challenges and transformation has been an honour and a privilege.

The efforts and accomplishments of the passionate, dedicated people of the Parks Canada Agency continually inspire me. I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for the hard work and commitment that make our achievements possible – it’s something we can all be proud of. 

I look forward to our continued work together as we strive to advance Parks Canada’s important mandate.
