Good day,

With the introduction of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act (FPSLRA), bargaining agents who conduct strike votes must now allow all employees in their bargaining unit to participate.

Employees who wish to update their home contact information or other personal information may do so by visiting the Employee Self-Service System.

The disclosure of this information is governed by an order of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB).

The information provided to the PSAC will be used for legitimate union purposes, and its security is to be rigorously ensured. The FPSLREB order sets out the privacy and security safeguards to which your information will be subject.

To this end, it is in every employee’s interest to ensure that their contact information be held by the bargaining agent is up to date. You are therefore encouraged to submit your current contact information to the PSAC and to advise your union of any changes to that information that may occur in the future.
