New pay action request forms

Hello,

Please be advised that the Pay Action Request (PAR) forms have been simplified and modified by the Pay Centre. Starting Monday, October 23, the new forms are to be used in order to submit a pay action request.

Departments and agencies have a ten-week grace period, until December 29, 2023, before the old versions of the forms are no longer accepted. During this grace period, no PAR forms will be rejected due to use of the old form or due to incorrect use of sections 2 or 3 (Work Type or Sub Type).

We request that you begin using the new forms right away to avoid unnecessary delays, and not to use older versions you may have saved.

The new forms can be accessed on the page Submit a pay action request.

Thank you,

Réa McKay
