Changes to leave request and overtime forms

Hello,

I would like to inform you of changes made to the application for leave request form and to the time worked and extra duty report that will allow for a more robust validation of the HR and financial delegation (section 34) required by financial controls. These documents will now have to include the cost center involved, as well as the name of the manager in print in the event of a manual signature. 

To avoid processing delays, we ask that everyone use the new forms available online immediately. Previous versions will be accepted during a grace period until April 14, after which they will be returned to the sender.

Reminder to managers: In keeping with Parks Canada's procedures for communications with employees, managers are responsible for ensuring all employees under their responsibility receive the information intended for them.
