12. Guides
12.1
Parks Canada and the Department of Economic Development and Tourism shall encourage the use of Inuvialuit guides licensed to operate in the Park.
12.2
The Board shall advise the Ministers of Economic Development and Tourism and of Canadian Heritage on the qualifications of and the number of guides that should be licensed to operate in the Park.
