Ecological Integrity Measures and Standards
The snapshot of ecological integrity in national parks shown in Table 13 draws on the best available national information related to terrestrial bio-diversity, ecological process and stressors. Table 14 outlines the factors considered when assigning a green, yellow or red rating to an indicator. Details of the ecological integrity reporting structure each measure and criteria for judging performance can be found at Parks Canada’s website (www.pc.gc.ca).
