The Chignecto Recreation Area is the place to be this winter with various groomed trails, a heated pavilion with toilets, showers, tables, and two wood stoves for cooking.

Want to blaze your own trail on ungroomed paths? Head to Route 114 and choose your adventure with several snowshoe trails, each offering a unique perspective. Best of all, dogs on leashes are allowed. Discover Point Wolfe Road, the best-kept winter secret which takes you 7.5-km one-way to the iconic covered bridge and Point Wolfe shelter, where you can spend the night!
