Cape Breton Highlands National Park
Effective Dates: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the Superintendent designates following prohibited activities within Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
Skateboarding or longboarding are prohibited on the Cabot Trail highway in Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
This restriction is in effect at all times.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
Violation of this prohibition is an offence under the Canada National Parks Act and may result in prosecution.
