Garbage produced outside park deposited in park receptacles
Cape Breton Highlands National Park
Effective Dates: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the Superintendent designates following prohibited activity within Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
It is prohibited to deposit private, residential or commercial bulk garbage in the park.
This prohibition is in effect at all times.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
Violation of this prohibition is an offence under the Canada National Parks Act. Failure to comply may result in prosecution.
