    This year, National Garden Day takes place on Sunday, June 16, 2024!

    On this occasion, the Manoir Papineau National Historic Site invites you to celebrate and come walk through the estate gardens!

    On the agenda : On the program: Costumed gardener entertainment, tea tasting, distribution of wildflower sprout bookmarks (quantities limited), activities for children and ambient music.

    Location: In the gardens of the manor house and at the orangery.

    Cost: the outdoor activity is free, but you must pay entry fees to visit the manor.

    The outdoor activity takes place rain or shine.

    Historic Places Days take place from July 10 to 17, 2024. This national event, hosted by the National Trust for Canada, is intended to showcase heritage places across the country.

    For the occasion, this Saturday only, come and discover or rediscover the fabulous history of the Manoir Papineau National Historic Site, and enjoy a cup of tea in the gardens. Please check opening hours before visiting.

    As night falls, during the weekend of August 30 to September 1, 2024, visit the manor from a different angle.

    As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, a guide will hand you a lantern before inviting you on a mysterious walk down the seigneurial alley. Once inside the mansion, the estate's friendly gardener will take you through the various rooms on the main floor. He'll be sure to tell you all about the history and legends of the Papineau family! Mystery and fun guaranteed!

    Length: Approx. 90 minutes

    Languages: French and English

    Public: Recommended for ages 16 and over

    Guided tour schedule: There are several spots available per time slot. The exact schedule of guided tours will follow shortly.

    Reservations: Mandatory. Details will follow shortly.
