Lachine Canal National Historic Site
Le Petit Navire
Discovery trips along the Lachine Canal are back! Frequent departures from the Jacques Cartier Wharf in Montréal’s Old Port (Place-d'Armes metro station) and the Atwater Market Wharf (Lionel-Groulx and Charlevoix metro stations), enable visitors to explore the canal from a new perspective.
Get aboard this environmentally friendly, silent vessel and stop off at the Atwater Market where you can enjoy a wide range of culinary delights.
The Canal Lounge floating café welcomes visitors on the waters of the Lachine Canal in a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Whether it is for a snack or a drink, children and adults alike can enjoy the original setting provided by this converted riverboat to have a good time.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m..
Users of small boats (canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, etc.) can even get service directly on the water by stopping by the side of the unique floating restaurant docked at the Lachine Canal. Cheers!
