Smoking is not permitted in the complex.

Pets on a leash are allowed on the grounds; only service pets are permitted inside the courtyard and buildings.

Please closely supervise children.

The Habitation is partially accessible for those with mobility limitations.

Please note that the lighting in the Habitation is low, and there are low doorways, uneven steps and floors.

The grounds are open year-round. There is no winter maintenance.
