Privacy Notice Statement – Parks Canada Partnering Sponsorships Donations Activities
The personal information you provide is collected under the authority of the section 8 of the Parks Canada Agency Act and Section 7 of the Financial Administration Act and the Canada Revenue Agency Act to administer the Partnering Sponsorships Donations Activities including administering, monitoring, assessing funding received as well as activities accountability and evaluation reporting.
Participation in the Partnering Sponsorships Donations activities is voluntary. Refusal to provide personal information will omit you from giving donations and contributions.
The information may be used or disclosed for enforcement of the policy on Partnering, Sponsorships and Donations, reporting to senior management, evaluation, internal audit and operating the program as well as for policy analysis, research and/or evaluation purposes. However, these additional uses and/or disclosures of your personal information will not result in an administrative decision being made about you.
Your personal information is administered in accordance with the section 8 of the Parks Canada Agency Act and Section 7 of the Financial Administration Act, the Privacy Act and other applicable laws.
