Victorian Christmas

Cost: Admission with a donation to Feed Nova Scotia (non-perishable food item or cash).

November 25 and 26 from noon until 4 pm

Entertainment and festive activities for visitors of all ages! Make your way to the Halifax Citadel as the historic fort takes on a festive air with Victorian music, games and, of course, Father Christmas. It’s the perfect way to capture some holiday magic to share with family and friends. Event runs 12 noon to 4 pm both days.

Saturday performances

Victorian Soldiers' Theatre – “A Vision of Christmas”
12:15 pm, 1 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:45 pm, 3:30 pm

Amethyst Dancers of Nova Scotia – Join our special guests for some lively dance

Children’s Parade with Father Christmas
12:45 pm, 2:45 pm –  in front of the Cavalier Building*

A Touch of Brass Quintet

Thistle Scottish Country Dancers – Join our special guests for some lively dance
3 pm – Casemate 27

*In the event of inclement weather, Cavalier Building performances will take place in Casemate 28
