  • Schedule: Offered daily from July 1 to August 31, 2025.
  • Cost: Please refer to our fees page under the Heritage Presentation Special Programs heading.
  • You must be at least 17 years old; youth between the ages of 17-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Participants are required to meet at the Visitor Centre at 11:30 am for preparation and instructions.

Your adventure begins at the summit of Signal Hill, beside the iconic Cabot Tower. Soak in the breathtaking panoramic views of St. John’s and the rugged coastline as you step back in time and learn about the history and significance of the Noon Day Gun.

Next, don a Signalman’s jacket and get ready for your big moment. With our expert staff by your side, feel the excitement build as the clock ticks towards twelve. Then, at the stoke of noon, feel history BOOM as you set the gun thundering.
