    This winter, the Parc des Ateliers of the Chambly Canal is the place to start cross-country skiing for children aged 4 to 12.

    Reserve a place now and let your children enjoy a memorable winter experience, learning the basics of cross-country skiing with the Parks Canada team.

    During your children's workshop, snowshoes, fatbike and cross-country skis are also available for loan, so you too can discover winter outdoor sports.

    Parks Canada welcomes families to Hangar 1825 at the Lachine Canal for an introduction to winter outdoor activities. An introduction to cross-country skiing is offered for children aged 4 to 12. During the children's workshop, snowshoes, fatbikes and cross-country skis are also on loan, so that other members of the family can also discover winter outdoor sports.
