Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites

The Parks Canada App features ways to explore, at your own pace, iconic places, stunning sights and sounds, intriguing history, and endless adventures, through guided tours, interactive maps and tools, camping locations and more.

Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse NHS has two mobile guided tours available. Free download for iOS and Android phones and tablets.

Download

It is recommended that visitors download the tour in advance, so it can be used without access to Wi-Fi or cellular data while on site. Visitors may also choose to navigate using the map or menu buttons within the tour. Visitors should also enable location services on their mobile device, so that stop information appears automatically upon arrival at each stop.

Snacking on site

Every stop on this tour reveals the food and drinks soldiers and their company would have enjoyed (or at least tolerated).

At the ready - Accessible guided tour

Navigational information leads visitors with and without mobility concerns across the national historic sites and reveals interesting historical content along the way.
