Shoreline Walk: Underwater Museum
Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area
Channel your inner underwater archaeologist as you join Parks Canada staff for a unique view of our shared marine history. Superior’s waves hide many secrets - see them up close through the ‘eyes’ of one of our Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). Guided by a knowledgeable interpreter, visitors will learn how Parks Canada uses technology and archeology to study and share the cultural resources contained in its waters while exploring some of Nipigon’s submerged historical relics.
