Day 1

Day 2


Location: La Mauricie National Park

Up early? Check out Lac Edouard Picnic Area, a hub for summer activities. Enjoy the sandy beach or rent a canoe and go for a serene paddle on the lake. Have fun at the children’s playground with the mini soccer nets and volleyball court.

Day 3

Distance: 55 km from the Shewenegan picnic area

Travel through the park along the magnificent Parkway, stopping along the way to marvel at the scenic vistas. Don’t miss the breathtaking view of Wapizagonke Lake at the Île-aux-Pins Lookout! Take a break at the Esker Picnic Area and enjoy the simple charm of its small beaches, dock, and trail where orchids and carnivorous plants grow. Continue to the iconic Cascades to enjoy the swirling waters or relax on the beach.
