Reopening dates will be confirmed when available and any further cancelations communicated as required. If you wish to cancel reservations beyond August 6, regular cancellation charges may apply.

Geraldine Road during construction of the Caribou Conservation Breeding Centre

From June 9 to September 30, 2024: Geraldine Road is open to public traffic, with restrictions, while construction continues on the Caribou Conservation Breeding Centre:

  • During working hours (typically 07:00 to 19:00), travel on Geraldine Road is allowed by vehicle only. Visitors must use the radio in the entry kiosk to request an escort for their vehicle through the construction zone. Expect delays of up to 15 minutes. Drive with care. Follow traffic control measures and all posted speed limits and warnings.
  • During non-working hours, the road is open to all users. Use caution when traveling through the construction area.
  • Work schedules are subject to change without notice.

From October 1 to December 31, 2024: Geraldine Road is closed to all public traffic. Notice of restriction: Travel on Geraldine Road during construction of the Caribou Conservation Breeding Centre
