Infrastructure break

Pursuant to section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following area is closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent. For the purposes of this notice, a temporary closure is necessary for the visitors safety due to a break on Ruisseau Brodeur infrastructure. The entire trail is therefore inaccessible (see attached map):

• Temporary closure: Ruisseau Brodeur trail is closed for safety reasons

This closure is effective from July 19 until further notice. Persons who do not comply with this notice may be subject to legal proceedings under section 24 (1) of the Canada National Parks Act.
