Auyuittuq National Park

Auyuittuq is located on southeastern Baffin Island in Nunavut. Commercial flights are available year-round to the nearby communities of Pangnirtung and Qikiqtarjuaq. The park can be reached by boat or snowmobile with a local outfitter, and is most accessible in spring and summer. Facilities in the park are limited. Visitors must be experienced and self-reliant. To Iqaluit, Nunavut

Iqaluit is the hub for air traffic in Nunavut. Canadian North offers direct flights to Iqaluit from Ottawa, Montreal and Yellowknife.

To Pangnirtung or Qikiqtarjuaq from Iqaluit

Canadian North offers scheduled and chartered flights to both communities from Iqaluit. Air Nunavut and Unaalik Aviation offer chartered flights only.

To Auyuittuq National Park

The park can be reached by boat or snowmobile with a licensed outfitter. Pangnirtung is located 28 km south of the park boundary along Pangnirtung Fiord. Qikiqtarjuaq is located on Broughton Island, 34 km northeast of the park boundary along North Pangnirtung Fiord.
