Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following areas are closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent:

 
WHERE:

*Highway 93S from Radium Hotsprings to Castle Junction

*Highway 93N from Lake Louise to Saskatchewan River Crossing

*Takakkaw Falls Road

*Field Back Road

WHY: To reduce the risk to visitors due to Extreme Avalanche Risk.

NOTE:  Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act.
