Wander through Anne’s house, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and soak in the warmth of twinkling lights, cheerful carolers, and the scent of fresh evergreens. Try your hand at cookie decorating, ornament making, and Anne-inspired crafts, or join in old-fashioned games straight from the pages of Anne of Green Gables.
Meet Anne herself, sip hot chocolate, indulge in sweet treats, and enjoy delightful surprises around every corner.
And don’t forget, we’re celebrating in style! Wear your coziest Christmas pajamas for a chance to win a special holiday prize. Whether you’re matching as a family or rocking your own festive flair, we can’t wait to see your seasonal spirit!
Event Highlights
- Explore the decorated Green Gables House and enjoy a special meet-and-greet with Anne.
- Warm up with our hot chocolate station and get creative with festive cookie decorating.
- Enjoy live Christmas performances:
- the Sirens Choir at 10:30 am, and
- the UPEI Choir at 1:00 pm.
- Make a Montgomery–inspired floral craft with Little Dutch Flowers.
- Learn new skills with hands-on activities like loom knitting with Knit Pickers PEI and festive felting with Island Hill Farm.
- Play old-fashioned games inspired by Anne’s childhood adventures.
- Capture a keepsake at our holiday photo spot.
- Explore craft tables featuring ornament making, holiday colouring, and other seasonal activities and more!
