FORT SMITH, NT, December 19, 2024 — The Wood Buffalo National Park Resource Conservation team and partnering Indigenous Nations at Wood Buffalo National Park have installed wildlife trail cameras south of Lake Claire within the national park boundary (highlighted area in the map below). These trail cameras will be used to monitor bison and other wildlife within the area.

To protect public privacy, images of people captured by trail cameras will be deleted.
