Pursuant to subsection 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, entry into the following area is prohibited by order of the Superintendent.

WHERE: The Nels Nelsen Ski Jump area.

WHY: Elevated avalanche danger due to glide crack formation.

PENALTY: Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act. Maximum penalty $25,000.

Effective date: January 30, 2020

End date: Until further notice
