WHAT: Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, qaaha (Willis Island), located in the Broken Group Islands of Pacific Rim National Park Reserve of Canada, is closed to public use.

WHERE: Refer to map on this notice

WHY: For National Park Reserve management and cultural purposes.

WHEN: From December 1, 2024 until further notice.

PENALTY: Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act: maximum penalty $25 000.
