WHAT: Cougars frequenting the area
WHERE: Waterton Village, Linnet Lake and Prince of Wales trails  

Special caution is recommended while travelling or camping in this area (see map).

For this reason we advise:

- Keep children close
- Travel in groups
- Consider carrying bear spray and/or walking stick
- Remain alert at all times, especially at dawn and dusk
- Keep pets leashed
