Ends: May 14, 2023

Townsite avalanche area

Location: Areas west of Cameron Creek along south Evergreen Avenue, as well as adjacent slopes of Bertha Peak, in the Waterton townsite.

This area’s current condition is:

Use with caution. This area is open but conditions are favourable for larger avalanches to develop.

In all cases, it is important to remember that you are responsible for your own safety in avalanche terrain. Proceed with caution.
