WHAT:  Pursuant to Section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following activity is restricted or prohibited by order of the Superintendent:

DOG PROHIBITION

WHERE:    

1. Cascade Valley

2. Spray River Trail (east and west)

3. Spray Connector

4. Goat Creek and Spray River

5. Redearth Creek

6. Tunnel Mountain Trailer Court – rows 500-700, Village 1 – loops E,F,G,H,J,K

WHY: Dogs are not allowed on these groomed cross-country ski trails when covered in snow.
 

PENALTY:  Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act: maximum penalty $25 000.
