Frenchman Butte National Historic Site

Located in Aspen forest and surrounded by fields with very few modern-day intrusions, the Frenchman Butte site is an hour’s drive northeast from Lloydminster and 303km from Saskatoon. Plan to spend an hour or so exploring the site and soaking up the atmosphere.

Directions

The turn off for Frenchman Butte National Historic Site is 11 kms west of the town of Paradise Hill. From hwy 3, turn north on hwy 797 and follow the Parks Canada Beaver signs to the battle site.
