Guided tour through history
Sir Wilfrid Laurier National Historic Site comes to life this summer! Step back in time by joining the guided tours hosted by the City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides (website in French only).
The tour is divided into two parts and invite you to dive into the heart of Sir Wilfrid Laurier’s life: first at the visitor centre, where you’ll discover the life and legacy of Canada’s former prime minister, and then in the historic house, where his typical 19th-century childhood comes to life through period artifacts.
Length: approximately 60 minutes
Schedule and reservations: Saturdays and Sundays, July 11 through August 16, 2026. Please note: guided tours are offered based on visitor traffic; no advance reservations are required.
Fees: free
Location: the tour begins at the visitor centre and continues at the historic house
Languages offered: English (depending on guide availability) and French
Audience: this activity is recommended for people ages 10 and up
