Visit this Parks Canada cornerstone attraction in Churchill’s historic train station.

The Parks Canada Visitor Centre offers a variety of programs and exhibits which highlight Wapusk National Park, and Prince of Wales Fort and York Factory national historic sites.

The Parks Canada Visitor Centre is currently closed, but can be opened by request. Contact Email address: eric.pearson@pc.gc.ca in advance of your planned visit to make arrangements.

June 22 to 30
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 12 pm and 1 to 4 pm

July 2 to Aug. 31
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday: 9 am to noon and 1 to 4 pm
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 9 am to noon and 1 to 8 pm

Closed July 1 and July 18

"Our Land, Our Stories" exhibits

View the wonders of Wapusk National Park and the national historic sites in Northern Manitoba through interactive exhibits. Experience the ecology and human history of Wapusk through the "Our Land, Our Stories" exhibits. Look into a life-sized polar bear maternity den. Explore the connection between Indigenous people and the caribou.
