Scarecrow Showcase Extravaganza

The vibrant autumn colors at Fort Langley signal the start of the harvest season, which means it’s scarecrow time! Join us for the third-annual Scarecrow Showcase at Fort Langley National Historic Site, kicking off with Cranberry Fest on Saturday, October 12!

In collaboration with local community groups, we'll be setting up creative and fun scarecrows all around the site. From October 12 to 31, come visit the fort, participate in a scavenger hunt, and have your camera ready! Don't forget to vote for your favorite scarecrow either onsite or online. The winner will be announced on November 1.

How to vote

🗓️ Voting is open from October 13-31. Results will be announced on November 1.

  • 📍 Visit us onsite throughout October to see the scarecrows in person and cast your vote!
  • 📌 Follow our Facebook post and comment with the scarecrow's number to submit your vote.
