Tragedy in BC – EFAP support

Many of you may have seen the news of the tragic events that occurred this week in a small community in British Columbia. Our thoughts are with the families and friends of those who were killed and injured in this terrible tragedy.

Events like this are deeply upsetting and can affect each of us in different ways. This news may bring up feelings of grief, stress, anxiety, sadness, or concern for you, your colleagues, and your family members.

Please remember that you do not have to navigate these emotions alone. Your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is always here to help, offering free and confidential mental health support for you and your immediate family members.
