Change within in the PCX Community

Dear colleagues:

I am writing to inform you that Caroline Macintosh, Executive Director, Protected Area Establishment, has left the organization. 

Caroline joined Parks Canada as Executive Director, Protected Area Establishment in February 2022. During her tenure, the Protected Areas Establishment team made significant advancements regarding new national parks, national marine conservation areas, national urban parks, and the national ecological corridors program.

Parks Canada wishes Caroline all the best in her future endeavours. More information on the resourcing strategy to fill the Executive Director position will be forthcoming.
