Pursuant to section 4(5) of the National Parks of Canada Domestic Animals Regulations, it is prohibited to let enter or bring a dog on the boardwalk at Kellys Beach, or onto any portion of the barrier islands (dunes) within Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada (see attached map).

This prohibition is in effect until further notice.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
