Forillon National Park

Parks Canada Agency informs the public of its intention to issue new occupancy permits for visitor services.

Services covered under this call for proposals:

  • Maritime cruise service from the North Area (APC-2025-02-PNFC)
  • Guided sea kayak excursion service from Grande-Grave harbour (APC-2025-03-PNFC)

The occupancy permits will be valid for a fixed term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year renewals, ending in November 2030. Businesses, organisations, or individuals interested must be able to implement their proposals starting with the 2026 operating season.

Parks Canada is seeking to determine whether potential bidders are interested in submitting projects under these requests for proposals, with a view to carrying out a comparative evaluation.

Any proponent wishing to submit a proposal must demonstrate the capacity to provide the service for the entire duration specified.

The deadline for submitting a proposal is Thursday, November 26, 2025, at 2 p.m. (Eastern Time).
