Our interpretive programs run daily from June to September, with limited programming in May.
Note: Programs may be subject to change without notice. Public programs are supported through the purchase of a national park entry pass. Programs are presented in English, with special programming available in French on request. If you would like to request a French-only private tour, please contact the Interpretation Coordinator in advance.

Guided Walks
Guided walks run approximately 90 minutes. Arrive early, parking may be limited. Dogs are not allowed. No recording devices.
Shoreline Explore

Coastal Creatures

Rainforest Walk

When: Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. in June

Experience the sights, sounds, and scents of an old growth rainforest.
Tracking the Wild

Come search for the tracks of Bears, Wolves and Cougars, on the beach.
Sand Dune Walk

When: Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. in June
When: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. in July

Walk the slopes and crests of windblown sand. Discover a world that is not beach or forest, but a strange and disappearing blend of both.
Bird Basics

When: Fridays at 11:00 a.m. in June

Are you enthralled by eagles? Wowed by woodpeckers? Discover the unique adaptations and natural history of the beautiful birds that call Pacific Rim home. Binoculars are great but not necessary.
Touch Tank with the Ucluelet Aquarium

When: Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. in July
Where: Kwisitis Visitor Centre Parking
Join visiting Ucluelet Aquarium staff and the creatures they will bring with them. Learn about anemones, urchins, sea stars and more as you experience them up-close and personal in touch tanks.
Prop Talks
Fun, hands-on activities for everyone – young and old. Ask a staff member what’s happening today.
