What:

Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following activities are prohibited by order of the Superintendent:

• Entry onto Middle Island, Point Pelee National Park of Canada

Where:

• The entirety of Middle Island, Point Pelee National Park of Canada.

Why: 

To minimize disturbance to the nesting colonies of the six (6) species of colonial waterbirds located on Middle Island.

Note:

Violators may be changed under the Canada National Parks Act.
