Pursuant to section 7.1(2) of the National Parks of Canada General Regulations, the following designated activities in the Park require a personal use permit ("entry permit") by order of the Superintendent, Fundy National Park:

• Visitor Centres
• Camping
• Hiking and walking
• Canoeing/kayaking/boating
• Bicycling
• Beaches, the pool, and swimming
• Geocaching
• Interpretive programs and exhibits
• Trailside exhibits
• Special events
• Day use and picnic areas
• Viewing areas
• Cross country skiing/snowshoeing
• Parking
• Fishing
• Golfing
• Tennis
• Using any road off Highway 114 within the Park

Additional permits are required for camping/accommodations, fishing, pool use and golfing. Additional fees may apply to engage in specific activities.

This is in effect until further notice.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
