Where: Mt. Bosworth:

• South side from 1 km west of the summit to 1.5 km east of the summit and from the ridge crest down to the Trans-Canada Highway.
• North side from the summit to 1.3 km east of the summit and from the ridge crest down to 2200m elevation.

What: Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following area is closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent.

Why: Remote avalanche control systems that can be detonated at any time.

Penalty: Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act (maximum penalty $25 000).
