WHAT: Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following areas are prohibited to any entry, public use, traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent.

WHERE: Areas and trails identified on the attached map, including:
1. Redstreak Connector Trail from the junction of the Hot Springs trail to Highway 93S.
2. Sidewalk/Pedestrian Access from the Lower Sinclair Canyon Trailhead through Sinclair Canyon on Highway 93S, including viewpoint.

WHY: To ensure visitor safety during highway construction.
