Parks Canada partnered with local restaurants on a Perfect Picnic! As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the fortifications of Quebec is filled with magnificent sites for picnics in the heart of Old Quebec.

With the purchase of a meal in one of the participating restaurants, get 50% off admission to Artillery Park (until September 4) in Québec City or to Fort No.1 in Lévis. (valid for one adult).

Find your perfect picnic place
We offer three perfect picnic spots at the Fortifications of Québec National Historic Site:
- Take a seat on a picnic table in Artillery Park
- Put your tablecloth on the ground and enjoy the breathtaking view at the Governors' Garden
- Take advantage of the many benches and sit down at Montmorency Park
The Perfect Picnic program is also available at Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site and at Lévis Forts National Historic Site
